Abstract
Anatomical descr. is given of nectaries and modes of secretion of nectar of the following plants chosen from 180 spp. investigated: Capparis sicula, Cistus villosus, Citrus limon, Bauhinia purpurea, Garidella unguicularis, Colchicum ritchii, Asphodelus microcarpus, Asphodeline lutea, Muscari racemosum, and Bupleurum lancifolium. The nectaries were arranged in types according to their topography in the flower. Similarity was observed in the structure of the nectariferous tissue with differences in the epidermis region corresponding to the modes of secretion. In some instances correlation was shown between shape of filaments and structure of the nectary.
