Anomalous electrical resistivity in LiAl near critical composition

Abstract
An abrupt change in the electrical resistivity at 97 K is observed near the critical composition corresponding to the Li-deficient region in the semimetallic compound LiAl. Possible origins of anomalous differential resistivity are discussed.Keywords
