Abstract
纳米固体材料是一种新型的类气体结构固体材料.结构上表现为既无长程有序又无短程有序.其构成通常是由超细颗粒(纳米级颗粒)在保持清洁表面的情况下压制成型,形成块状材料.由于颗粒很小,界面部分所占比例很大(可达20—50%左右).形成固体后,原来颗粒的自由表面成了材料内部的界面.这种结构,使得材料具有许多显著特征和优异性能.从热力学观点来看,这是一种亚稳态结构.
