Abstract
A method is described for the quantitative estimation of the growth of M. tuberculosis, based upon turbidimetric measurements using Dubos'' medium for the growth of the organism. This method lends itself readily to the study of the effect of streptomycin and other antibiotic agents upon the growth of M. tuberculosis. Keywords
