Eine extrakranielle Anastomose zwischen dem Versorgungsgebiet der A. carotis externa und der A. vertebralis

Abstract

Es wird über die angiographische Darstellung des Versorgungsgebietes der A. vertebralis aus der A. pharyngica ascendens berichtet. Die Verbindung erfolgt über ein dünnes, kommunizierendes Gefäß, wie es ähnlich auch zwischen A. occipitalis externa und A. vertebralis beobachtet wird. Die Bedingungen, welche zur Darstellung dieser Anastomose führen, und ihre mögliche klinische Bedeutung werden besprochen. The author describes the angiographie investigation of the territories supplied by the vertebral arteries and the ascending pharyngeal arteries. These communicate by means of a thin vessel similar to one which has been found between the external occipital and vertebral arteries. These result in an anastamoses of the territories under investigation. The clinical significance of this finding is discussed. Rapport sur l'illustration angiographique de tout le domaine de l'artère vertébrale provenant de l'artère pharyngienne inférieure. L'anastomose est réalisée par un fin vaisseau communicant, comme on peut l'observer également entre l'artère occipitale externe et l'artère vertébrale. Les conditions nécessaires á l'opacification de cette anastomose et les problàmes de son importance au point de vue clinique sont exposés. Se informa sobre la representación angiográfica de la región irrigada por la arteria vertebral yacente de la faringea ascendente. La comunicación se produce por medio de un vaso comunicante delgado, tal cual puede observarse también entre las arterias occipital externa y vertebral. Se comentan las condiciones que llevan a la visualización de esta anastomosis y su posible valor clinico.
