The determination of amino-nitrogen using a copper method

Abstract

Kober''s Cu method for estimating amino N was modified. Cu phosphate is used instead of the hydroxide. Results, showing the application of the method to pure amino acids, acid hydrolysates and enzymic digests of proteins, are given.
