Abstract
The angular distribution of the alpha-particles ejected in the reaction, +→2 , is discussed. It is assumed that the -nucleus is odd, that the incident proton is in a state and that a broad and a sharp nuclear resonance level participate in the reaction. The angular momentum 0 and are assigned to the broad and to the sharp levels, respectively. The constants entering into the theory could be determined only by extending the measurements on angular dependence to proton energies higher than 400 kev. The results are in qualitative agreement with the dependence on energy of the reaction yield and of the angular distribution observed so far.
