The First American Experience with the Multifocal Lens1

Abstract
Ten patients were implanted with the multifocal posterior chamber intraocular lens at The Ohio State University. Follow-up ranged from 6 weeks to 7 months. Best case corrected visual acuity better than 20/40 was 100%.
