Abstract
Mushrooms represent one of the world's greatest untapped resources of nutritious foods. They can be grown on various agricultural and industrial waste materials; they are rich in protein, minerals, and vitamins; and they contain an abundance of the essential amino acid lysine. Therefore, mushrooms can be a good supplement to cereals. Keywords
