Abstract
Amantadine and guanidine were evaluated in two groups of 10 amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients each. In a double-blind, crossover design lasting 1 year, neither drug showed therapeutic benefit as compared to placebo.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
