Protein Separations and Interactions on Filter Paper.

Abstract
Using a combination of 2 technics, paper chromatography in the 1st dimension and paper microelectropho-resis in the 2nd dimension, it was shown that protein separation may take place during the capillary ascent of a mixture of proteins (human serum albumin, gamma-globulin, and fibrinogen) on filter paper and that protein interaction may also occur.
