Abstract
The latex injected extrinsic cat spinal cord arteries differ from those of man in that (1) segmental tributaries to ventral spinal are of equal size from C3 to C8, (2) these tributaries are of unequal size in the thoracic and lumbar regions, (3) a large ventral lateral spinal artery at L4 on the left is constant and (4) the spinal dura is more vascular in the cat. Median branches of the ventral median artery in the cat are bilaterally distributed to the gray matter. Ventral and dorsal spinal arteries in the cat anastomose extensively in the dorsal horn of the cat. Keywords
