Abstract
Low-temperature frequency-dependent conductivity measurements on lightly doped n-type layers of GaAs have been made to investigate the large discrepancy between existing data and recent theory by Summerfield and Butcher (1982). The authors' new measurements are in qualitative agreement with the theory.Keywords
