Abstract
An embryonal nephroma, which occurred spontaneously in a rat and was maintained by serial transplantation, was established in tissue culture as a stable cell line and maintained in continuous passage for more than 5 years. It is readily transplantable to young rats, subcutaneously and intraperitoneally, by inoculation of a million or more cells but such transplants often regress spontaneously. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
