Abstract
The enzyme test for infectious mononucleosis was compared with the standard differential absorption test. The enzyme test yielded unequivocal results with infectious mononucleosis and other serums and is, therefore, a valuable differential test for the serologic diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis. It has proved to be a simple, accurate procedure for the clinical laboratory. Keywords
