Enzyme-Treated Red Blood Cells of Sheep in the Test For Infectious Mononucleosis

Abstract
The enzyme test for infectious mononucleosis was compared with the standard differential absorption test. The enzyme test yielded unequivocal results with infectious mononucleosis and other serums and is, therefore, a valuable differential test for the serologic diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis. It has proved to be a simple, accurate procedure for the clinical laboratory.
