Abstract
Experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) is prevented during administration of 12 mg/kg/day of 6-mercaptopurine. The number of lymphocytes in peripheral blood is not reduced during this period in which 6-MP prevents EAE, although the number of neutrophils is reduced by half. Keywords
