Abstract
Studies are presented on the dextran, fibrinogen, and phytohemagglutinin methods of leukocyte separation. Optimal conditions, obtainable yields, detailed directions, advantages and disadvantages of each procedure are presented. It is shown that by using these methods in combinations, leukocyte suspensions of extreme purity may be obtained. Keywords
