Abstract
The kinetics of the thrombin-catalyzed release of fibrinopeptides A and B from human fibrinogen were investigated and a mechanism correlating the release of fibrinopeptides to fibrin formation was presented. The sequential release of fibrinopeptides resulted in sequential activation of 2 sets of polymerization sites. This publication has 24 references indexed in Scilit:
