Abstract
We show that the box diagrams contributing to the - mass difference in the left-right-symmetric SU(2×SU×U(1) model have to be accompanied by the vertex-correction and self-energy graphs involving flavor-changing neutral Higgs bosons in order to be gauge invariant. Phenomenological implications of this result are discussed.
