Abstract
Previous automated procedures for the determination of hexuronic acids, hexoses and proteins have been modified to suit the Technicon Auto Analyzer II system. The present methods were highly reproducable and the detection limits showed to be in the order of 10 μg/1 (hexuronic acids and hexoses) and 60 μg/1 (protein) when 0.13–0.34 ml of the sample was used. Keywords
