Abstract
The four-probe method for dc electrical properties was used to characterize the functions of temperature and atmosphere on high-T c superconductor Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x (0.0<x<1.0). The properties of phase relationship, orthorhombic to tetragonal, and copper valence states were determined by measuring the electrical conductivity. The electrical behavior is not dependent on the phase transition but on the variation of Cu valence states relating to the oxygen content. The electrical conductivity decreases with increasing temperature. Keywords
