Abstract
The isolation and purification of the monoglucuronides of stilbestrol, hexestrol, and dienestrol are described. The estrogenic activity in rats, as the ED50 in [gamma], was for mono-glucuronide and free estrogen; stilbestrol, 5.8, 0.35, hexestrol, 11.5, 0.35, dienestrol, 7.2, 0.75, respectively.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
