Abstract
We discuss fingerprints of classical chaos in spectra of the corresponding bound quantum systems. A novel quantity to measure quantum chaos in spectra is proposed and a conjecture about its universal statistical behavior is put forward. Numerical as well as theoretical evidence is provided in favor of the conjecture. Keywords
