Implications of largeBd0-B¯d0mixing

Abstract
Implications of the large Bd0-B¯ d0 mixing measured by the ARGUS Collaboration are examined. Possible large top-quark mass is estimated. In addition, large CP-nonconservation effects in the two-body nonleptonic decays of Bd0-B¯ d0 and Bs0-B¯ s0 are recalculated. The results show that we still need ∼106 Bd,s0-B¯ d,s0 pairs for testing these CP-nonconservation effects in the Bd,s0-B¯ d,s0 system.
