Abstract
Thermal decomposition of 13‐hydroperoxyoctadeca‐9,11‐dienoic acid yields hydrocarbons as part of the scission products. Pentane is formed predominately and to the practical exclusion of all other short‐chain hydrocarbons. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
