Determination of cadmium in urine and observations on urinary cadmium and protein excretion in men exposed to cadmium oxide dust

Abstract
An accurate, sensitive and reliable method for the determination of cadmium in urine was evolved. The incidence of proteinuria in a group of workers exposed to cadmium oxide dust was higher than in controls. Urinary cadmium and protein appeared to vary independently.
