Abstract
Summary No change was noted in the blood of six patients suffering from chronic rheumatoid arthritis who were treated with 'Imuran' in the Rose-Waaler test, the Latex test, nor was there any change in titer, specificity of the anti-Gm antibodies, the Gm groups, the titer of anti-A and/or anti-B isoagglutinins nor in the immune-electrophoretic tracing. The significance of these negative results is discussed in the light of the said immunosuppressive action of this drug.
