Abstract
New, concise, necessary, and sufficient conditions are derived for dynamically decoupling a large class of linear multivariable systems through the employment of constant gain output feedback. The conditions directly imply a constructive procedure for decoupling and reassigning the closed-loop poles, as illustrated by example. Keywords
