Abstract
Brain-blood partition coefficients for 133Xe were measured on 20 brain tumour specimens. Substantial variations were found from the values previously reported for normal brain, implying that the use of normal values for calculating tumour blood flow from 133Xe washout data can result in significant errors. Keywords
