How Does Fish Oil Lower Plasma Triglycerides?

Abstract
Studies using dietary fish oil, safflower oil, and palm oil suggest that the decrease in plasma triacylglycerol due to dietary fish oils is somehow related to a decrease in the capacity of the liver to hydrolyze the phosphatidate, which then affects microsomal synthesis of triacylglycerol from diacylglycerol.Keywords
