Abstract
Finite-size scaling of Monte Carlo generated order parameter (intrinsic density of monomers) and specific heat of square lattice polymers near the collapse transition exhibit characteristics of a tricritical point. The estimated corresponding critical exponents αt, νt and Φ t are in good agreement with predictions from ε-expansions. First-order corrections to the asymptotic behaviour are calculatedKeywords
