Abstract

Unlike the granules in the eosinophilic leukocytes of all species hitherto investigated, the very granules of horse eosinophils do not present a crystalline interior structure. In horse eosinophils, numerous bubbles can be seen which are taken from the plasma, deposited on the granules and absorbed into them.
