Abstract
The dielectric constant (DC) of PZT ceramics modified with 0.3 weight % MnO2 was determined in dependence of temperature and frequency, Similar as in the case of plain PZT and of a technical composition (NSM) containing a ternary component and the same Mn concentration, only one dispersion region was found at room temperature with the relaxation frequency fr being independent of the [Ti]:[Zr] ratio, but as in the case of NSM one order of magnitude higher than measured in plain PZT.Keywords
