Abstract
The dried mycelium was extracted with ether and the ether-soluble material dissolved in alcohol. The characteristic absorption spectrum for ergosterol was obtained. The intensity of the absorption indicated the presence of 0.13% of ergosterol in the dried mycelium. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
