Abstract
A microassay was developed for the detection of cytotoxic tumor-specific antibody against 125I-Iododeoxyuridine-labeled sarcoma cells induced by 3-methylcholanthrene in C57BL/6N mice. The technique used small amounts of serum and cells and was simple, sensitive, and objective.
