Abstract
Two examples of charged hyperons have been observed in photographic emulsions. One decays in flight, and its transformation may be re-presented Y± → L± + N0 + Q, the release of energy, Q being consistent with values obtained in other laboratories. In the other example, the secondary is a fast proton. This event may represent either the decay of a new type of hyperon or the nuclear capture of a negative hyperon. Keywords
