Abstract
For original article see ibid., vol.6, p.L1 (1976). It is shown that the theory of Sun et al., though improved from the point of the core-eigenvalues, is still incorrect in treating electronic many-body effects. Moreover, the paper by Sun et al. contained misinterpretations of previous work, which are corrected. Keywords
