Abstract
The production of bone tumors in rats following internal administration of p32 as single and as repeated injections is reported. Radiation dosage pattern in the bones, determined by thick section autoradiography, is related to the histological changes and the subsequent production of tumors. The possible significance of radiation-induced fibrosis in tumor production is discussed. Keywords
