Lack of Expression of HLA Antigens on Choriocarcinoma Cell Lines

Abstract
A panel of monoclonal antibodies against HLA–A, B, C, DRw, β2m and other determinants on human cells has been used in indirect trace binding and absorption assays to determine the distribution of these antigens on choriocarcinoma cell lines. HLA–A, B, C, DRw and β2 m were not found on these cell lines, while other human antigens expressed on most human tissues were expressed on all the lines.Keywords
