Abstract
The possible systemic mechanism of corneal allograft rejection was studied. Utilizing a 51Cr release assay in which labeled donor and recipient [rabbit] corneal cells were used as targets, it was shown that cytotoxic cells specific for antigens located in donor corneal cells were present in spleen and lymph nodes. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
