Abstract
Fletcher et al. (1970) found that a power-law approximation for the properties of a heterogeneous mixture of alpha and beta -PdH was consistent with the data they obtained for resistivity but was inconsistent with that for thermopower. It is shown that Herring's formulation (1960) for a heterogeneous mixture is consistent with both properties. Keywords
