Abstract
An effective potential for shell-model calculations was previously obtained by modifying the velocity-dependent potential of Green to fit the low-lying energy levels of and . In this paper we present the low-energy spectra of , , , and predicted by this potential. On the whole, agreement with the experimental spectra is good.
