This is a review of 72 titles. The devices used to measure tension are classified as those applying external force mechanically and recording resistance to movement offered by limb or muscle; those recording slight movements of parts of the body; those eliciting reflex responses; those requiring the subjects to perform some voluntary response; those recording electrical properties of the skin; and those recording the electrical properties of the muscles.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
