Recessive suppressors in Aspergillus nidulans closely linked to an auxotrophic mutant which they suppress

Abstract

Suppressors exist which are: (a) recessive, and (b) closely linked to (or even within) the cistron which they suppress. They can profitably be used for mitotic mapping.
