Phosphorylase, phosphoglucomutase and uridine diphosphoglucose pyrophosphorylase were investigated in bovine lenses. The dependence of their activities on protein content and on substrate concentrations was measured, and their KM values determined. The concentrations of UDP glucose and of glucose-1-P were evaluated.
