Abstract
Indications of neutrino oscillation effects in reactor, beam-dump, deep-mine, and solar-neutrino experiments are discussed. Assuming three neutrinos, oscillation probabilities and/or limits are extracted from the data. We present classes of solutions that can explain the observed effects. Keywords
