Abstract
Mass and elemental concentrations of particles were determined in indoor and outdoor air in urban and suburban Helsinki, Finland. The effects of outdoor-to-indoor transport and indoor sources on indoor particle concentrations were studied in detail. Resuspension and deposition to surfaces were also investigated. The experimental results are used to develop and specify an aerosol physical model for particle behavior in indoor air, which is presented at the end. Keywords
