Abstract
The nucleus has been studied at 426 Mev by electron scattering methods between laboratory angles of 33° and 57.5°. Absolute values of the cross sections have been obtained by comparison with scattering measurements made on the proton at 426 Mev and 40°. Unique values of the experimental form factors are given in tabular form. The results are analyzed in terms of various possible charge distributions. Several examples of models showing a good fit are presented and appropriate radius and skin thickness values are given. Several unsuccessful models are also discussed.
