Abstract
The effect of thiouracil, iodide and thyroxine on thyroidal secretion was detd. by an in vivo method utilizing I131. Thiouracil accelerated thyroidal secretion sixfold; thyroxine inhibited it and NaI induced either no change or a depression of secretory rate.
