Abstract
This paper reports a case of complete heart block whose Stokes-Adams attacks were induced by straining at stool and invariably by digital stimulation of the rectum. Electrocardiograms during attacks exhibited high ventricular tachycardia or fibrillation and chaotic heart action.Keywords
